With this vision, PYMESA began operations in 1983 in Santiago de Querétaro, Mexico, focusing on manufacturing and maintaining process machinery. Due to the high demand for quality manufacturing, the business quickly grew and expanded into the local food processing industry, working with brands such as Kellogg Company, Quesos Caperucita and Clemente Jaques. Thanks to the positive reputation of its employees and the superior quality of its products, PYMESA soon expanded its reach into South and North America.
